I got down a bit before mid-day. There were no white horses but it looked windy on the sea so i rigged a 7m. I had sailed for about half an hour before I got overpowered then changed board and sail down to 6m. I was maxed out a lot of the time and it was perfect 6m day blasting back and forth. The sea state was quite nice until the tide changed and it got a bit messy. I was knackered by then anyway.
